All the News That's Fit to Link

Today’s Project of the Day is Pulse Sensor: an Open Source Heart-rate Sensor that Rocks.
At this point, I’m pretty sure there is nothing the Arduino can’t accomplish. Want to make a game? Arduino. Rock some 8-bit synths? Arduino. Create an open-source helicopter? Arduino. Parsons the New School for Design professors Joel Murphy and Yuri Gitman have taken the limitless Arduino and transformed it into a heart monitor. Cool, right? Yeah, but what’s even cooler is that through the Arduino and open-source licensing, the Pulse Sensor will be able to be implemented into art installations, games, music and pretty much anything you could ever think to include a heart rate in.

Congrats, Yury!!
